**If you own a new Mini Camera, you must call for support before attempting to remove the mini head or lens cover! IF YOU ATTEMPT TO THIS WITHOUT FIRST CALLING, YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED!**


VU-Rite makes every effort to assure that our products meet the highest quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents.


Because our camera is owner serviceable, we require that you contact Customer Support at (706) 636-6202 to diagnose your warranty repair needs. If the repair cannot be accomplished by the owner, the camera must be returned to us with the camera's serial number. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the part/component at our discretion. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the owner to send camera to us. VU-Rite will pay the costs to return camera to the owner. If we determine there is no defect or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then owner must bear the cost of the repair and returning the camera.


This warranty covers only the Sewer Inspection Camera and parts.


EASYCAM "Original Style" Camera Repairs:  If you own an EasyCam "original style" sewer inspection camera that was purchased prior to June, 2010, our service center can repair your camera.  Vu-Rite is owned and operated by the inventor of the "original style" EasyCam sewer inspection camera.  He has knowledge and parts available to complete any needed repairs.
